what all is actually included when you order this body? trying to figure out if i need to pick up anything else before i pull the old one out

You get the body only with this one. No adjustable ends, no check valves, no diodes, no blades, nothing extra. If your setup needs any of those components, you'll want to source them separately before you start the swap.
