what's the max flow this valve handles? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our harvester setup without bottlenecking the system

Rated flow on this one runs up to 114 litres per minute, and the pressure ceiling sits at 350 bar (5000 psi). For harvester applications that's well within the design intent, since mobile equipment like that is one of the listed use cases. As long as your system stays inside those numbers you should be in good shape.
