does this thing hook up without tools? got a hydraulic line on a dump trailer i need to swap out pretty regular and tired of messing with wrenches every time

Ball lock quick disconnect couplings like this one are built for exactly that kind of repeated connect and disconnect work. You push to connect on one end, and the ball lock mechanism holds it secure without needing any tools to make or break the connection. The other end uses a 1 1/16 inch SAE ORB port, so you will need the right fitting on the equipment side to thread into that port, but once that's in place, the coupling itself snaps together by hand.

Will this Eaton fitting work with other quick disconnects that meet the ISO 7241-1 Series A standard?

This female half hydraulic coupler is indeed designed to meet ISO 7241-1 Series A, so it should be compatible with other parts made to that spec.
