Both ends on this thing are 3/4-14 NPTF right? Just want to make sure before I order a handful of em for a job we got coming up.

Correct on both counts. The male end and the female end are both 3/4-14 NPTF, and both conform to SAE J476. So if your existing fittings and ports are already running 3/4-14 NPTF, this street elbow will thread right in without any adapter in between.

trying to replace an elbow on a line, is this one male nptf on one side and female nptf on the other?

For a street elbow setup, it comes with a Male NPTF thread on one end and a Female NPTF thread on the other, both in 3/4-14 and built to SAE J476.
