What's the drill size for the B2 threads on this reducer bushing?

got a 2 inch nptf port but i need to step it down to 1-1/2. is this the right bushing for that

What size threads are we talking on each end of this bushing, is the bigger end the male or the female?

The larger end carries the male NPTF thread, sized at 2-11-1/2. The smaller end is the female NPTF, sized at 1-1/2-11-1/2. Both ends conform to SAE J476, so you're working with a standard tapered fuel thread profile on each side. The bushing steps down from that 2-inch male connection to accept a 1-1/2-inch female fitting.
