Got a sensor port on a small hydraulic manifold running 3/4 NPT male, need to step it down to a 1/8 female port. This bushing do that job?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. The larger end is a 3/4-14 male NPTF and the smaller end is a 1/8-27 female NPTF, so it threads into your 3/4 port and gives you a 1/8 female opening on the other side. Both threads are cut to SAE J476 spec, and the bushing is rated for up to 5,500 PSI dynamic pressure, so it'll hold up fine in a standard hydraulic circuit without any issue.

For stepping down between thread sizes, this reducer bushing has a 3/4-14 male NPTF end and a 1/8-27 female NPTF end, both built to SAE J476 thread spec.
