need to step a line down, is this the straight fitting that goes 1/4-18 male NPTF into 1/8-27 female NPTF?

For a straight NPTF expander setup, it matches that thread step. One side is male NPTF 1/4-18 and the other side is female NPTF 1/8-27, both built to the SAE J476 thread spec.

What's the pressure rating on this fitting, and is it gonna hold up runnin hydraulic lines that see some pretty serious load cycles?
