trying to swap out an old hex nipple, are both ends on this one the same thread?

Both ends are 1-11-1/2 male NPTF threads built to SAE J476, so it is a straight hex nipple with matching male NPTF on each side.

At 3,000 psi maximum dynamic pressure, it holds up well in demanding hydraulic and fluid line applications. The threads on both ends are 1-11/2 male NPTF conforming to SAE J476, so if your manifold port matches that spec, you're looking at a solid, leak-resistant connection. Stainless steel construction keeps it from giving you grief in wet or corrosive environments too.
