all three ports on this fitting are M18 x 1.5 at L12, that right? just want to make sure I ain't mixing up sizes before I order

All three connections do share the same thread spec, M18 x 1.5 at size L12. The two run ports are male DIN tube and the branch port is female DIN tube, so the thread callout is consistent across the whole fitting. No mixed sizing to worry about on this one.

Need a tee where the run is male DIN both ways and the branch is a female swivel. Is that what this one is?

On this tee, the two run ports are male DIN tube ends and the branch port is a female DIN tube swivel. All three connections are the same thread callout, M18 x 1.5 at size L12, so it is a consistent-thread setup.
