got a branch tee situation on a hydraulic line and need something with M26 x 1.5 threads on all three ports, this the right part?

All three sides on this fitting do run M26 x 1.5 threads, so that part checks out. Two of the ports are male DIN tube connections and the third is female DIN tube, which is what gives you the swivel branch capability. All three are sized at L18, so you're working with consistent sizing across the tee. Steel construction throughout.
