both sides on this fitting are M20 x 1.5 thread, that right? just want to make sure before i order

Correct on both counts. Side one and side two are each M20 x 1.5, with one being a male DIN tube end and the other female DIN tube. The swivel feature on the female side is what makes this a 5360S style fitting rather than a fixed elbow, so you get that 90 degree turn with the ability to rotate and align without twisting your line.
