both sides on this fitting are M18 x 1.5 thread, that right? just want to make sure before i order

Correct on both counts. Side one and side two are each M18 x 1.5, with one being a male DIN tube end and the other female DIN tube. The swivel feature on the female side is what makes this useful when you need a little rotation to get your line positioned without putting stress on the connection.
