what's the thread difference between the two ends on this reducer? trying to figure out if it'll bridge what i got

One end runs M22 x 1.5 thread at an L15 size, and the other end is M18 x 1.5 at an L12 size. Both sides are DIN tube connections, so you're stepping down from the larger L15 female end to the smaller L12 male end. That's the whole point of this fitting, bridging those two DIN sizes in a straight run.

Yes, it matches that step-down. Side 1 is a female DIN tube connection sized L15 with M22 x 1.5 threads, and Side 2 is a male DIN tube connection sized L12 with M18 x 1.5 threads.

that's correct. One side of this Adaptall reducer fitting has a M22 x 1.5 male DIN tube end, and the other side has a M18 x 1.5 female DIN tube end.
