got a DIN tube end that’s M22 x 1.5, will this adapter screw right on and give me a 1/2 NPT male on the other side?

For tying two standards together, it’s a straight steel adapter with a female DIN tube fitting on one end (M22 x 1.5) and a male 1/2-14 NPTF on the other, so it’s meant to bridge exactly that DIN-to-NPT connection.
