fitting's got a female M30 x 2.0 on one end and I need to tie into a 3/4 BSPP male port on my equipment, this the right one to do that?

That's exactly what this fitting does. One side is a female DIN tube connection sized M30 x 2.0, and the other side is a male G 3/4-14 BSPP thread. As long as your tube and port match those specs, this straight adapter will bridge the two without any modification needed.
