got two DIN tube ends that are both M16 x 1.5, will this union tie em together or am I missing something

For joining two matching DIN tube ends inline, this union is set up with female DIN tube connections on both sides, each M16 x 1.5 and size S08, so it is meant to connect two same size DIN tube ends together.
