Got a line running DIN tube fittings on both ends and need to branch off to a BSPP port, this tee gonna work for that kind of setup?

That's exactly the kind of job this fitting handles. Both inline ports are M18 x 1.5 DIN tube connections sized at L12, and the branch port is a 3/8 inch BSPP male connection. So if your main line is running L12 DIN tube and you need to tap off to a G 3/8-19 BSPP port, this tee lines up for that application without needing an extra adapter in between.

trying to tie two L12 DIN tube lines together and branch off to 3/8 BSPP, is that what this tee is set up for?

For that layout, it matches up well. Side 1 and Side 2 are both male DIN tube M18 x 1.5 in size L12, and the branch side is a male G 3/8 - 19 BSPP with a 3/8 inch callout.

Will this tee work with standard BSPP fittings, or do I need some kind of adapter for that third port?

This tee is designed to directly accept a 3/8" BSPP fitting on Side 3, so you shouldn't need any adapters for that connection.
