Will this tee work with standard metric tubing?

This tee fitting is designed for use with DIN standard tubing, so it should be compatible if your metric tubing adheres to that standard.

all three ports on this tee the same thread size, or do any of them differ?

All three ports are M18 x 1.5 male DIN tube connections, so you're working with the same thread spec across the board. No mixing or adapting between ports on this one.
