Will this tee work with standard DIN fittings?

It is designed for use with DIN tube connections, specifically M14 x 1.5.

all three ports on this tee the same thread size and type, or are they mixed?

Every port on the 5080L-08 runs the same spec across the board. All three sides are M14 x 1.5 male DIN tube connections in the L08 size, so you're working with a true union tee. No adapting one end to match another, no mismatched threads to sort out.
