What exactly is the thread spec on the SAE ORB side of this fitting, trying to make sure it'll mate up with what I've already got on my manifold.

The SAE ORB side runs a 1-1/16 inch 12 UN thread, which is the standard for a 3/4 inch ORB port. If your manifold is stamped or spec'd for a 3/4 ORB connection, this fitting will thread right in without any adapter in between.
