Got a hydraulic line that needs to make a 90 turn going from a DIN tube connection over to an SAE ORB port, this fitting handle that kind of setup?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One end is an M36 x 2.0 male DIN tube side, L28 sizing, and the other is a 1-5/16-12 UN male ORB-SAE at 1-inch nominal. The 90-degree elbow lets you change direction right at the connection point, which saves a lot of grief when you're trying to route lines in a tight spot. Both ends seal up solid, metal-to-metal on the DIN side and O-ring on the ORB side.

got a tight spot on a skid, can that ORB end be clocked where i need it and then locked down?

With the adjustable ORB end, you can orient the 1-5/16 - 12 UN male ORB side to the direction you need and then lock it in place. That helps a bunch when you are routing lines in cramped assemblies and still need a solid O-ring boss seal.
