what's the thread size on the SAE side of this fitting, trying to match it up to a port on my hydraulic manifold

The SAE ORB side runs a 1-5/16 - 12 UN male thread, which is a 1-inch nominal size. That's a pretty common port size on hydraulic manifolds, so it should line up with a standard 1-inch SAE O-ring boss port without much trouble.

trying to match up an elbow i pulled off, what are the two thread sizes on this one?

On the DIN tube side, it is an M36 x 2.0 male connection (Side 1, size L28). On the SAE ORB side, it is a 1-5/16 - 12 UN male connection (Side 2, size 1 inch).
