got a tight 90 on a hydraulic line runnin off a DIN tube port, the M30 x 2.0 size specifically. does this thing go directly to a 3/4" ORB port on the other end without needing extra adapters in between?

That's what this fitting does. One end is M30 x 2.0 male DIN tube, the other is a 3/4" male ORB-SAE, so you're going straight from one to the other in a single piece. The 90 degree elbow handles the direction change right there, no additional adapters needed between those two connection types.

What’s the width on each end of this elbow? Just need to make sure it'll fit in the space I got.

The width on one side is 27mm, and it's 32mm on the other end.
