trying to swap a line over, is this the 90 degree adapter that goes from M12 x 1.5 DIN tube (L06) to a 1/4 male NPT?

For that combo, yes. Side 1 is a M12 x 1.5 DIN tube connection in size L06, and side 2 is a 1/4 inch male NPT with a 1/4 - 18 NPTF callout, built into a 90 degree fitting.

Got a metric DIN tube line on one side and need to tie into a 1/4" NPT port on the other end. This fitting gonna work for that?

That's what this one's built for. Side one is an M12 x 1.5 DIN tube connection at an L06 size, and side two is a 1/4" male NPT with a 1/4-18 NPTF callout. So if you've got a metric DIN tube coming in and a standard NPT port to thread into, this fitting bridges that gap without any adapter stacking.
