Product Questions & Answers

Would this fitting hold up okay in an engine compartment, or should I look for something rated for higher heat?
Question by: Duane H on Feb 22, 2026, 7:24 AM
This adapter is made from steel, which offers good durability in typical hydraulic applications. However, the product information doesn't specify a temperature rating, so comparing it to other options with confirmed high-heat ratings is recommended for engine compartment use.

got a metric DIN tube end coming off a pump and need to tie into a 1/8 NPT port on a valve block, but the line needs to change direction. would this fitting handle that?
Question by: Wade M on Jul 13, 2025, 4:41 PM
Right-angle adapters like this one are exactly for that situation. The DIN side picks up an L08 tube end with an M14 x 1.5 male thread, and the NPT side is threaded 1/8-27 NPTF, so it drops straight into a standard 1/8 NPT port on your valve block. The 90 degree elbow lets you redirect the line without bending the tube or fighting for clearance. It's a complete assembly from Adaptall, so there's nothing extra to source.

trying to hook an M14 x 1.5 DIN tube end into a 1/8 NPT port, is this the right elbow for that?
Question by: Lee F on Dec 16, 2025, 2:00 PM
For that mix of threads, it matches up. One end is an L08 DIN tube connection with an M14 x 1.5 male thread, and the other end is a 1/8-27 NPTF male pipe thread, built into a 90 degree elbow.
