One side runs M22 x 1.5 and that's the DIN tube connection end. The other side is M18 x 1.5, which is the male metric end. Both are male connections, so make sure your mating ports are female on each side before ordering.

trying to replace an elbow on a DIN tube line, are the threads on this one M22 x 1.5 on the DIN side and M18 x 1.5 on the other?

The DIN tube side is M22 x 1.5 (Side 1 callout), and the male metric side is M18 x 1.5 (Side 2 callout). Both ends are listed as male.
