trying to swap out an elbow on a hose, will this one go from M18 x 1.5 DIN tube (L12) over to a metric male on the other end?

For a DIN tube to metric thread transition, this elbow is set up with an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube male connection on side 1 (size L12) and a metric male thread on side 2 (M16 x 1.5, 16 mm size). It is a 90 degree adjustable steel elbow, so it handles the direction change and the thread type change in one piece.

This 90° elbow fitting is designed to connect a DIN tube on one side to a metric male thread on the other, so you shouldn't need an adapter.
