Got a DIN tube connection on one side and a metric taper port on the other, is this the fitting that bridges those two?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one does. One side is a DIN tube connection sized at LL06 with M10 x 1.0 male threads, and the other side is a metric taper at 10mm, also M10 x 1.0 male. Both sides are male, so you'd need the appropriate female ports on your lines or components to mate up with it. Straight configuration means no bends or angles, just a clean inline connection between those two thread types.
