trying to tie a DIN tube line into a metric port, is this the right kind of adapter for that?

Made for mixing thread standards, it bridges an M30 x 2.0 male DIN tube fitting on one side (L22 series) to an M26 x 1.5 male metric thread on the other, with an ES face seal on the metric side for a leak-resistant hookup.

what's the thread setup on both ends of this adapter? trying to figure out if it'll bridge a DIN fitting over to a metric port on my manifold

One end is an M30 x 2.0 male DIN tube fitting, which falls under the L22 series. The other end is an M26 x 1.5 male metric thread with an ES face seal. So yeah, it's built specifically to connect a DIN tube side to a metric ported component, and the face seal on the metric end keeps things tight without relying on thread compression alone.
