got a din tube line with an M26 x 1.5 male end, will this adapter mate up to a metric M22 x 1.5 on the other side?

Built for joining a DIN tube connection on Side 1 to a metric threaded connection on Side 2, it has an M26 x 1.5 male DIN tube end (size L18) and an M22 x 1.5 male metric end (22 mm).
