Part number 5068L-15-22C, is that the one with M22 x 1.5 threads on both ends, or am I looking at the wrong fitting?

Both sides on this one carry an M22 x 1.5 male thread, so if that's what your system calls for, you've got the right part. One side is configured for DIN tube connection and the other is metric, which is what the "DIN X Metric" designation refers to. The body is straight, steel construction, with a 27mm width across the flats for wrenching.
