Got an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube end on one side and need to tie into an M22 x 1.5 metric port on the other, this the right piece for that?

That's what this fitting handles. Side 1 is an M18 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection in size L12, and Side 2 is an M22 x 1.5 male metric connection at 22mm. Steel construction, straight configuration, so if those two thread specs match what you're working with, you're good to go.
