part number 5068L-10-14C, that's the one with M16 x 1.5 on one end and M14 x 1.5 on the other right? trying to make sure I got the right one before I order

Correct on both counts. Side 1 is M16 x 1.5 and Side 2 is M14 x 1.5, both male ends. The channel width runs 19mm and the overall dimensions come in at 30mm, 11mm, and 12mm across the three length measurements. If those thread callouts match what you're working with, you've got the right part.

Will this work to connect a DIN tube to a metric port?
