Got a line running M12 x 1.5 DIN tube on one end and a metric M10 x 1.0 fitting on the other, this adapter bridge that gap in a single piece?

That's what it handles. One side is M12 x 1.5 male DIN tube in an L06 size, and the other carries an M10 x 1.0 male metric thread. Both ends are male, and the whole thing is one straight steel piece, so there's no stacking multiple fittings to make it work.
