What size is this fitting on each end?

The DIN Tube side is an M18 X 1.5, which they call a L12 size. The BSPP side is a G 3/8 - 19, or 3/8".

fitting's got an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube side and I need to hook into a G 3/8 BSPP port, this the right piece for that?

That's what this one does. Side 1 is a male DIN tube connection with an M18 x 1.5 thread, sized at L12. Side 2 is a male BSPP connection called out at G 3/8 - 19. So if you've got a DIN tube line coming in and a BSPP port to thread into, this fitting bridges those two standards in a single 90-degree elbow.
