both sides on this are M36 x 2.0 DIN tube fittings, right? just want to make sure before I go swapping out an old union on a 90 deg line

Correct on both counts. Each side uses an M36 x 2.0 male DIN tube connection, both rated at S25 size. So if your existing line runs a matched DIN tube setup on each end, this union should drop right in where your old one came out.
