This 90° DIN union is made from steel, so it should be plenty durable for that kind of application.

Trying to swap out an elbow union i busted, is this one the kind with M36 x 2.0 male threads on both sides?

Both ends on this 90° DIN tube union are M36 x 2.0 male threads, and each end is size S25.
