both sides on this fitting are M16 x 1.5 Din Tube, right? just want to make sure before I order

Correct on both counts. Each side carries an M16 x 1.5 Din Tube connection, and both are male. So if your system calls for a male-to-male 90-degree elbow in that thread spec, this one lines up without any adapter gymnastics.
