What size wrench do I need for these bulkhead unions? Looks like maybe 46mm?

you got it. The flats on these fittings are 46mm across, so a standard 46mm wrench will do the trick.

got a bulkhead pass-through deal with DIN tube ends. is this one straight and threaded M36 x 2.0 on both sides?

Built as a straight bulkhead union, it has M36 x 2.0 male DIN Tube connections on both sides, with side 1 and side 2 both called out as S25.

what size tubing does this bulkhead union work with? both sides are the same connection or different?
