Both ends are M18 x 1.5 male thread with S10 sizing on each side, that right? Just want to make sure it ain't one of those reducers before I order a handful of em.

both sides are identical. M18 x 1.5 male thread and S10 sizing on each end, so it's a straight, same-size union all the way through. No reduction happening here.
