trying to hook a DIN tube line to a BSPT port, is this the right kind of adapter

For that kind of mix and match, it’s meant to bridge a DIN tube connection on one end to a male BSPT thread on the other. The DIN side is called out as M20 x 1.5 in size S12, and the BSPT side is R 3/8 - 19 (3/8 inch).

It sure will. This adapter is designed to connect a DIN tube connection on one side to a BSPT connection on the other.
