Got a system running R 3/8 BSPT ports and need to tie in some DIN tube lines, this adapter work for that kind of crossover?

On one side you have an M14 x 1.5 DIN tube connection with a male end. The other side is a male BSPT pipe thread, R 3/8 - 19.
