So this is a DIN tube on one side, and NPT on the other? Just want to make sure I'm understanding it right.

That's correct. This Adaptall fitting adapts between a DIN tube connection and a male NPT thread.

got a din tube end that’s M52 x 2.0, will this adapter mate up to it and still give me 1-1/2 NPTF on the other side?

On the DIN side, it is a male M52 x 2.0 connection with size S38, and the other end is a male 1-1/2 inch NPTF with a 1-1/2 - 11.5 callout, so it matches those two connection types and sizes.
