Got a system running M42 X 2.0 DIN tube fittings on one end and 1-1/4 inch NPT on the other, this the right adapter to bridge those two?

That's exactly what this one's built for. Side 1 is an M42 X 2.0 male DIN tube connection and Side 2 is a 1-1/4 inch male NPT thread, so if your system has those two connection types on opposite ends, this adapter ties them together directly. got a machine with an M42 x 2.0 DIN tube port on one side and 1-1/4 npt on the other. is this the right adapter or am i off a size

Match the ends to the callouts: Side 1 is an M42 x 2.0 male DIN tube connection (S30), and Side 2 is a 1-1/4 inch male NPTF thread (1-1/4 - 11.5). If those are the two connection types and sizes you need, this straight steel adapter is the correct fit.
