got a piece of European equipment with an M30 x 2.0 DIN tube fitting and need to tie it into a 3/4" NPT port on a North American pump, this adapter do that job?

That's what this fitting is built for. One end is M30 x 2.0 male DIN tube, the other is 3/4"-14 NPTF male. Steel construction, straight configuration, so you're getting a solid direct connection between those two thread standards without any extra fittings in between.
