trying to hook a DIN tube end into a 1/4 NPT port, is this the right adapter or am i off a size
Question by: Dean P on Oct 4, 2025, 9:49 PM
For that combo, it matches a DIN tube connection on one side with an M16 x 1.5 male thread in S08, and a male 1/4 - 18 NPTF on the other side with a 1/4 inch size.

got a line running DIN tube on the equipment side and everything on the panel hooks up with 1/4 NPT fittings. this adapter gonna bridge that gap straight across?
Question by: Connie F on Jan 19, 2026, 3:20 PM
That's exactly the situation this fitting covers. One end is a male M16 x 1.5 DIN tube connection in S08 size, and the other is a male 1/4-18 NPTF thread. Both ends, both genders, both thread types are built into a single straight steel body, so you're not stacking adapters to make it work. The 17mm wrench flat gives you a clean place to torque it down without fighting the fitting.
