What kind of thread is on each end of this fitting, and are both sides male?

Both sides are male on this one. Side 1 runs a DIN Tube connection with an M10 x 1.0 male thread, and Side 2 is a 1/8"-27 NPTF male thread on the NPT end. So if you're threading into a female NPT port on one side and connecting to a DIN tube fitting on the other, this adapter does that job straight through. The body is steel and the shape is straight, no angle to it.

got a hose end with 1/8-27 nptf male on it, what’s on the other side of this adapter?

On the other end you get a DIN tube male connection with an M10 x 1.0 thread. So it is a straight steel adapter that goes from DIN tube M10 x 1.0 male to 1/8 inch 27 NPTF male.
