got a hose end that’s M36 x 2.0 din tube, and the port on the valve is 1 inch npt. is this the right adapter to marry those up?

fitting's got a M36 x 2.0 DIN tube side and I need to tie into a 1" NPT port on a pump manifold, this the right piece for that?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One end is M36 x 2.0 DIN tube male, the other comes out as a 1-11.5 NPTF male on a 1" NPT port. Steel construction, straight body, so there's no angle to account for during install. The overall length runs 47mm on L1, with a 41mm wrench flat, so you'll have plenty to grab onto when torquing it down.

Will this fitting hold up if im usin it for somethin like a log splitter, where the pressures get pretty high?
