Will this fitting hold up okay if I'm usin' it for somethin' with a pretty high pressure? Just wanna make sure it's gonna be alright.

trying to figure out if this'll hook up right, one side is a DIN metric tube and the other end goes into a 3/4" SAE ORB port, that what this thing does?

That's what it does. One side is an M30 x 2.0 DIN tube end, and the other is a 1-1/16"-12 UN male SAE O-Ring Boss fitting sized for a 3/4" ORB port. Both sides are male, so you're going straight from tube to port with no additional adapters needed in between.
