Product Questions & Answers

Got an M24 x 1.5 DIN tube line coming off a pump and need to tie it into a 7/8-14 ORB port on the valve block. This the right piece for that?
Question by: Marvin C on Jan 12, 2026, 8:47 AM
Yeah, that's exactly what this adapter is built for. One end is M24 x 1.5 male DIN tube thread, the other is 7/8-14 UNF male ORB sized for a 5/8" port. Straight configuration keeps the flow path clean and direct with no bends or offsets in between. Steel construction holds up fine in standard hydraulic service. If those thread specs match what you're working with, you're good to go.

Will this here adapter fit right if I'm connectin' a DIN tube to a SAE O-ring setup?
Question by: Wade A on May 8, 2025, 9:29 PM
This adapter's designed for exactly that – transitioning between a metric DIN tube connection and a SAE ORB hydraulic circuit. Just make sure your sizes match up: M24 x 1.5 on the DIN side and 7/8-14 UNF for the SAE ORB.

got a metric DIN tube end thats M24 x 1.5 (S16). is this the piece that’ll get me over to a 5/8 ORB port?
Question by: Gene G on Jul 9, 2025, 9:33 AM
You’re matching it up right. Side 1 is an M24 x 1.5 male DIN tube thread in size S16, and side 2 is a 7/8-14 UNF male SAE O-Ring Boss sized for a 5/8 inch port, so it’s meant for that metric DIN to SAE ORB transition.
